At Instant Karma Yoga Studio and Namaste Yoga Studio classes are taught by Alex Carilli in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. Please come to class a few minutes early and in appropriate clothing. Avoid eating meals prior to class. In consideration for others please do not wear perfume, oils or heavily scented lotions.
